Order information

To submit an order by mail, simply copy the contents of this form into your your favourite word processor, fill in the blanks, and mail it to us at the above address with your payment. Your payment should be in the form of a Canadian, U.S., or Sterling cheque, and International Money Order, or credit card information, as outlined below. We would appreciate your sending cheques or money orders, they make life much easier for us.

We usually turn orders around within approximately 24 hours of receipt of your payment.

Please note that, due to foreign exchange restrictions, if you are ordering by credit card from anywhere other than Canada, the currency in which you order will be converted to Canadian dollars, which will then be charged to your account. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, when you receive your credit card bill from your bank, you may notice a small increase or decrease from the amount converted at the time the invoice was created. This is normal for international transactions.
