Help for getting your listing

For all periodicals, please indicate publication frequency and annual subscription. If you're an organization other than a publisher and you publish a regular newsletter, please put its name in the Division/Publication Name box.

If you are a store and also have a separate mail order department, please have them use this form to submit a separate listing. This does not apply if you just do a little bit of mail order "on the side." In this case, please put something like "Also mail order" in your description. Mail order businesses are listed as national.

If you're a counsellor, please indicate your qualifications and licence number(s) in the boxes provided. If you see and understand the needs of people who enjoy BDSM, per DSM-IV, please indicate that you are a Kink Aware Professional (KAP) by putting a tick mark in the KAP box.

BDSM refers to all the leather / SM / fetish combinations and is used as a catch-all grouping, where appropriate.

Please use the separate section at the end of the form to include additional comments or questions.
